Can not open file ‘c:FreeRTOSV7.0.0.e…

Just downloaded the latest version and I get this error when I run it.
Can not open file ‘c:FreeRTOSV7.0.0.exe’ as archive.
I’ve tried to put it in different folder, run as administrator still no luck. OS is Vista.
Any Ideas?

Seems the file got cut off on the download. Full file works fine.
