Please help me out to find a Free RTOS Eclipse GCC port fro STM32F103 series.

You can use the FreeRTOS ARM_CM3 port in the standard download. See as well http://www.freertos.org/FreeRTOS_Support_Forum_Archive/November_2011/freertos_CORTEX_STM32F107_GCC_Eclipse_Demo_4795114.html and FreeRTOS web pages about the source file to add in your project.
